App stopped working does not allow login despite having an active subscription. The website allows login but not mobile friendly.

Tells me I have an invalid email address in app but allows me to login on the website using the exact same information. Disappointing since the website is not mobile friendly.
Can’t view free content
Can’t view free content and says I need to pay for subscription, well where DO I GO TO DO THAT.
Very user-unfriendly
The app is telling me to download this app?! I can't contact anyone within the app; I am constantly redirected to a page that states "my subscription has been updated." On that page I am given the option to visit their regular site or download their professional app (which is this version). When I attempted to browse their "free" content, I am led to a page of locked options and cannot navigate back to the login page without reinstalling the app from the cloud.

Subscription costs $169 a year.
App needs to be updated!
Soon will not be compatible with new iOS and newer iphones.

I keep getting warnings that the app will not work with iOS 11 unless the developers update it. Great (paid subscription) app.
Worthwhile subscription for professionals but...
Great tool but having trouble getting the app functional. Spinning daisy of death here trying to update the database for the app. Web version much faster. Yes a subscription is required and best suited to health professionals with a budget for these tools. Sorry this info is held back from easy access to general public. Valuable info.

Useless unless you have a subscription
I was looking forward to using this app to help some of my patients but a subscription is required to access any of the data.
Don't waste time or money.
This is only if you have subscription. This information they don't tell you. If you don't you'll only see the table of contents.
In app purchase not on download info page
Paid subscription. Is listed as free with no in app purchase. If you would manipulate App Store... makes me wonder how accurate the data they provide is.

I have a membership, I can log into the mobile app, but then there is no way to access the cme quizzes associated with the membership.
