HELP!!! - Error Generating Audio
I keep encountering an error when trying to convert text to audio, and despite repeated attempts to resolve it by closing and reopening the app, the issue persists. Additionally, I am being charged for characters with each error, sometimes up to 4 - 5 times the original amount due to multiple attempts. The app's troubleshooting methods are often ineffective. I would like to request credits for all the characters charged during these errors.
