Misleading app description
It says you don’t need to sign up for an account to get started, but you cannot navigate to anything without first signing up. I do not like being lied to.
I want a refund.
I’ve been using the app inconsistently over the past few months and I’m very dissatisfied. While frustrating, and I can deal with the fact that it makes many errors in reading if a sentence is broken across the lines, one of the most frustrating fact is it just would not read parts or skip part of the text. Often when I try to select a part where to start, it would just take me to the other page, I have to restart the app over and over. It still gives me error. On some PDFs it wouldn’t even start at the beginning of the article. I’m very dissatisfied.

Not bad but not student friendly
I don’t mind the robot voice for the free version. The zoom option is stopping the reading, selecting an option button, select zoom, close the zoom box so you are able to center the box so you can read along. Furthermore, it’s tricky to highlight more then one sentence at a time and once highlighted, it is hard to read and need to zoom in even more again fighting with where you want to be reading at.

This app is truly amazing I needed wanted and I wish it was free because circus circumstances, but it is amazing to have an app such as this. Thank you so much for creating it.

Bogus free trial
I just wanted to see if the app would read one PDF. It won’t. It keeps pushing me to subscribe. I am not buying something I can’t even do a minimal test on. My goal was to find an app that would read daily information from multiple sources while I’m on the move. Guess I’ll move on to something that will let me test it. I’ll gladly pay for an app that lets me confirm it works first. Not a fan of a hard sell.

A gift for the tired
A must have fundamental product
i LOVE this app but updates have caused issues
i’ve spent over 1,000 hours using this app during the past year (yep, hours every day) and more with the website. i’ve read hundreds of books this way and i’m at about 600 words per minute. Genuinely one of my favorite and most used apps now.
unfortunately recent updates to the app have really messed it up. now it’ll visually skip around to random pages and i can’t get back to where it’s reading, and it doesn’t have the button that used to be there to take you back to your place. that’s the most annoying thing by far. the app itself skips 30 pages down and will keep moving through random pages (the reading itself keeps going, sometimes repeating the same sentence 2-4 times but otherwise where it should be) and won’t let me get back to where it should be without quitting the app. this happens constantly and it’s really annoying :(

$20 a month is an absurd price. At the very least you should have more free voice options that aren’t garbage.
Free version is junk
Do not download this app if you want a free version of AI reader .. it turns to robotic reader that could be found on pdf reader .. even the seri can read better
