Frustrating experience
The app is great for navigating and finding your way around public transportation, BUT if you’re a foreigner creating an account outside of Korea, the app is really frustrating! I spent hours saving locations for my trip, and suddenly my account was locked. So I uploaded my ID and other documents to get it unlocked, just as the help page said, but they couldn’t do anything. I then opened a new account and had it verified right away so that something like this wouldn’t happen again. I entered all the locations there as well. Just a short time later, the account was suspended again, and this time, too, I only got the response that they couldn’t do anything. Without a Korean phone number, I can’t reactivate the account myself either. There are lots of people on Reddit who’ve shared similar experiences. How can this be? I’m now switching to a different app to plan my vacation, because I’m not going to create a new account a third time.

Needs Work
Didn’t tell me what places were closed, only had open. Wanted to go to pharmacy and alarm or some thing like that was triggered bc i didn’t know it was closed bc map didn’t tell me

This app takes all day long to load. The developers need to take out the trash and put it on a diet.

Awful
This app is constantly crashing and once a month it gets rid of all my bookmarks and I need to delete the app and redownload it. Truly awful but I’ve amassed so many bookmarks that I can’t switch apps now. This app still blows chunks. 0 out of 5.
