Gets you where you need but is painfully slow and laggy compared to Apple Maps and Google maps. Definitely needs some improvement

Login is totally busted
Doesn’t let you login. Trying to says “successful” then it just refreshes the page and doesn’t actually log you in. Trying other methods brings up captchas that never work. Passkey doesn’t work, password doesn’t work, apple sign in doesn’t work. Changing languages doesn’t work. Deleting cache and app and then redownloading doesn’t work.

No way to close the full screen ads
It popped up with an Uniqlo ad in a full screen. I couldn’t close it and restarted it would go back to the same ads

Garbage performance compared to Google Maps!
This app is an absolute joke, especially when compared to Google Maps! Getting into the app takes an eternity, and the refresh rate is painfully slow. Every time I open it or try to load a route, I'm stuck waiting forever on a laggy, unresponsive screen.
Why even bother creating such a useless piece of software if it can't even handle basic speed and user experience? Google Maps runs circles around this trash. Completely unfit for purpose and a total waste of storage on my phone!

Garbage app
Every time I (am forced to) use this app I want to come back and give it another 1 star review. It is so bad. I simply cannot start listing problems as it would take a lifetime to finish.

Frustrating experience
The app is great for navigating and finding your way around public transportation, BUT if you’re a foreigner creating an account outside of Korea, the app is really frustrating! I spent hours saving locations for my trip, and suddenly my account was locked. So I uploaded my ID and other documents to get it unlocked, just as the help page said, but they couldn’t do anything. I then opened a new account and had it verified right away so that something like this wouldn’t happen again. I entered all the locations there as well. Just a short time later, the account was suspended again, and this time, too, I only got the response that they couldn’t do anything. Without a Korean phone number, I can’t reactivate the account myself either. There are lots of people on Reddit who’ve shared similar experiences. How can this be? I’m now switching to a different app to plan my vacation, because I’m not going to create a new account a third time.

Best App EVER!
This app is so great for traveling, getting directions, booking appointments and paying straight from the app. I cannot believe how accurate and timely public transportation is. I wish we had this app in the US. So efficient!
Needs Work
Didn’t tell me what places were closed, only had open. Wanted to go to pharmacy and alarm or some thing like that was triggered bc i didn’t know it was closed bc map didn’t tell me

This app takes all day long to load. The developers need to take out the trash and put it on a diet.

Awful
This app is constantly crashing and once a month it gets rid of all my bookmarks and I need to delete the app and redownload it. Truly awful but I’ve amassed so many bookmarks that I can’t switch apps now. This app still blows chunks. 0 out of 5.
This App STINKS.
This app just flat out stinks. It always takes years to load and the UI just isn’t good. As a Korean, the Korean DID NOT cook with this one at all. Doing way too much with this one, just allow apple and Google Maps to work. One of the only good parts about leaving Korea is deleting this terrible and sorry excuse for an app.

Пользовался навигацией в Сеуле несколько лет. Зарегистрировал аккаунт, чтобы сохранять избранные места. Сегодня обнаружил, что мой аккаунт заблокировали по причине «массовый идентификатор».

실행하지도 않았는데 자동차에 연결하면 자동으로 실행되서 자꾸 알람이 울립니다. 충전은 해야겠고 알람은 자꾸 울고. GPS를 끄면 실행이 안되지만 사용하려면 또 켜야하고 너무너무 불편합니다. 어떤 이유가 있는건지 아니면 오류인지 모르겠으나 자동차에 연결할때 자동으로 실행되면 너무 불편해요. 오류를 수정하던지 필요한 거라면 옵션을 만들어 선택하게 하는 것이 좋을 것 같네요.
