This is not the app I was looking for. I wanted something that would show me bus routes and where the bus is on the route. That’s not what this app does. So I tried to use it as intended and still found it to be worthless. I was standing at the TCAT 82 bus stop at East Hill Plaza wanting to ride to Statler Hall. First it told me to walk all the way up to CISER to pick up the bus even though I was already standing at the 82 stop. Then it told me to get off at Humphreys Service Building and walk the rest of the way even though the 82 bus stops directly in front of Statler Hall. I’m glad I was already familiar with the route and just wanted to know when the next bus was coming or I would have done a lot of walking for nothing. I’m deleting this app just as fast as I downloaded it.

Worked great
Like all things made by students…they stop working. This was great and had a lot of promise but seemingly overnight stopped working when a student graduated leaving a popular app unusable. I’ll come back and change my review when something changes with this. Until I stand by it. It’s a dead app and there are no bus routes.

Unreliable
Used to be reliable but now the information bears no relationship to the actual bus times. I don’t know how many times it has said “Board now” and there’s no bus around for long times.
Does not work
This was a student project that was abandoned. Use MyStop or Transit.
So glad it’s back!
I’m so happy this app is supported again! The others offered in this area only give a slice of the info, but this app has clear graphics, great options, and it convenient.
Really terrible
Catching the bus has never been less convenient.
Told me to take a 30 second ride to the next stop and then walk 1.5 hours to the airport. Missed my flight. There was a bus that goes straight to the airport and it didn’t show me on the app. I only found out the right bus to take from the bus driver himself.
Honestly my fault for using the app without triple checking, because I KNOW the app gives bad information. Just go to tcatbus.com and look at the schedule online.
App looks good and useful on the surface but after it ruins your travel plans you’ll realize just how terrible this app is. You’ll start to see all the cut corners.
Unfortunately it’s the only option available. Use at your own risk, triple check the results.

Doesn’t show available bus routes at all
Instead of showing me basic bus routes such as how to get from downtown Ithaca to Cornell the app only shows walking routes.
This App Doesn’t Work
Don’t even waste your time downloading this crap. It hasn’t worked once for me or my friend on her phone. Can’t figure out why it’s even available.
Not working
The app has been down for weeks and there is no update or anything that can be done to fix it. Every time I search for a bus there is an error message. I even uninstalled and redownloaded the app. Please fix ASAP

App does not indicate when a buses make detours especially due to weather conditions
No one seems to be updating
this app to keep it synchronized with the schedules as they changed a couple of months ago now...
It just doesn’t work.
This app must be written by kids in grade school. How about looking at printed schedules and applying the data to the app. 60% of scheduled buses don’t show up. Embarrassing.

The current route is not updated near the townhouse community. Otherwise great app and I love it
Great app when it works and is accurate
Constantly crashes which makes it difficult to depend on for accurate departure and arrival info. When it works, the app is extremely helpful. Though I continue to contemplate deleting the app and use an alternative
Pretty good
Good app, very helpful. But I think it would be more helpful and easier to use if the map did not automatically zoom back out to the entire rout every 15 seconds or so. I’ll be looking at a zoomed-in view to see where the right bus stop is, and it will zoom out for no reason, with no prompting from me. Also it does sometimes skip buses too early.
