All it does is lag. It is not user friendly at all and feels like something that was created in the early 2000’s, yall can do so much better

Don’t waste your time

Horrible! It doesn’t even work. It just says “unable to fetch a route from that location” for every location and bus stop!

Unbelievably slow and unreliable

For the past few months the app would randomly log me out of my email right as I'm about to board a bus and show my QR code.

Today it got stuck on so many loading screens. I couldn't access the app itself because it was loading for 5 minutes. I tried signing back in and it's now taking a long time again.
