Nuff said. Don’t bother. Doesn’t do anything that your native CarPlay maps can’t already do. Waste of an app — and don’t trust them either. What are they doing with my data , eh?

Works like a charm
Given the universally harsh criticisms of this APP, I had to give it a try.
My environment was an iPad communicating with a 2025 Toyota Prado.
It worked most of the time except if you don’t enter the state and you may get another country. That’s no biggie because most GPS systems will do that.
It’s too early to tell but I think this one’s a keeper.

I don’t get it
My Mazda CX-9 told my phone to download this app. I’ve tried playing around with it for 5 minutes- it’s hopeless, I’m typing in street addresses and it has no clue- can’t find the location. User interface is rubbish.

I don’t know why I installed it, I tried to open the app, nothing happens. So it’s a useless app if it doesn’t work? Wrote this review before deleting it 👍
Doesn’t work
If you ever manage to connect the app with your car, which is a miracle, then good luck trying to send the destination from your phone to your car. It just doesn’t work, I don’t know why Mazda would even insist on this app, it’s useless.

The interface isn’t intuitive. Using the app to set a location? Fuggedaboutit.
No provision for searching for an address.
Got this app to use with a Japanese import car. Looks like this app doesn’t work if the vehicle does not have your local maps installed. Was hoping that it would display the information on the phone-but it doesn’t Deleted from phone.

Terrible
I’m in the middle of the countryside with an offline google map and a super weak internet connection. I open this up and it REFUSES to allow me to use it until I update to version 6.5. I therefore can’t send the location I want to the Navi. It worked earlier this week without issue. There is no NEED for me to update to keep using. Honda / Denso - can’t you realise that people might be using this app when outside and forcing them to update is unnecessary and arrogant. You are assuming that we have a strong data connection and want to waste our data updating your app with an unnecessary update.

Works great on my Lexus RX 350. Love that they’ve added passenger mode.

My smart phone (iPhone 12 ProMax)
I have no problem connecting to my head unit using map codes, and also connecting with HDMI and Bluetooth, but for a navigation, it won’t send over my map clots to the head unit for some odd reason. My NSZT-Y68T does not have a microphone connected and I feel that may be the case. Something needs to be done through the software and connecting via the lightning cable for direct transfers to my head unit. My head unit by the way is a Toyota Mark X Zio Besides and otherwise, this app is great and very accurate.

Need to improve or be removed.
Poorly designed app and interface with car. As others have stated, it takes several steps to even connect with the car, and even that barely happens half of the times. Having a passenger input data for the driver is not possible; does not the legal mumbo-jumbo release the app designer and the vehicle company from any distraction “caused by using the app?” Please look at other car companies apps and the way they interface with the vehicle in terms of ease of use and convenience.
