Still useless

The app won’t open on my phone and it appears to be several years old. It’s obviously not being maintained. Not a good look for NAVSEA.

Useless

I understand where the Navy is going by providing these apps as services to Sailors who need them. However, these apps need to provide SERVICES. Right now, they’re quite useless. Sailors don’t need a directory. They need an app that can provide resources readily to keep ships combat ready. Publications, instructions, list of all services, and contact lists. These would be better for this app to provide than what it is now.
