I have used the app twice before and it works great.... but lately I can’t see anything, can’t make any appointments, there’s nothing in the app... completely blank. I deleted and reinstalled and nothing... PLEASE HELP.... Thank you!!!!

Great for COVID times and saving people money when not having to absolutely go into the doctors office.
Excellent Time Saver
The online navy care is the best quick professional health care I have experienced. I love the convenience of speaking with a provider from my home, I love that I do not have to make an appointment days to weeks out, I love the knowledge and caring of all providers I have seen since the online service was offered. I understand the explanation to come in for a visit of a problem that needs to have an in person personal visit. Please DO NOT change back to ONLY in person hospital visits.

So much better
Every time I go to the Dr’s office I have to drive 45 minutes, wasn’t about 30 minutes just to see the Dr for 5 minutes. This was so much better.

So glad to be speaking with a doctor whom I’ve visited in person last year. PA Torres asked all the right questions and I just felt bad about not looking as presentable as I normally do when I come to the base.
The conversation was like a FaceTime or Zoom call and I could wait in the privacy of my home.

1ST VIRTUAL USE 2020
Since it was my 1st time using this app, I was very hesitant & worried but getting through it was a very pleasant experience. When I was waiting, it also recommended me to go to another Nurse Practitioner with less wait time which was another PLUS. If I can use this without much issues, most if not all can too. Thank you!!!

Cool Experience
First time using Navy Cate had to wait for my first selection but the automated system prompted me to another available health care representative...awesome
Online visit
This app is great. I was able to visit my doctor from the comfort of my home. He was able to answer all my questions, fill my prescriptions, and order my lab work.
Wonderful visit
The provider who met with me via Telehealth was awesome. Great style and felt very comfortable.
Exceptional Service
My daughter’s visit today with nurse practitioner Angela was exceptional. She patiently listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of them with detailed information and I instructions. Angela is definitely an asset to Jacksonville’s Naval Hospital. I am grateful for Angela’s medical service, especially during this epidemic. Again thank all of you for your service medically and otherwise.

First time using app, went smooth, a little slow due to not knowing process, overall very happy with results!!! Great job!

First time doing this and it worked well. Excellent option to going in to see the doctor.
Surprisingly easy
With the camera, it was a very easy process. It seemed like I was actually in the office. The doctor/nurse practitioner was very polite and answered everything. This seems better because I do not have to stop what I’m doing to drive to the base to be seen. I like it for basic appointments.
