Love this app…makes tracking expenses for meet referees so much easier. Also great for tracking expenses for tax purposes. I would recommend adding a way to adjust a judge’s fees when that judge chooses to have a room to themselves and the cost of the room needs to be deducted from the fees.

I will pay for an android version! I only use an apple device for this app……. Please make one for android!
App still has a bug
If someone’s level/rate has changed it will not update the amount on the invoice. You will need to manually write it in. Or, you can delete that judge and re-add them with the higher level reading. It would be nice if this could get fixed.
Good but…
NGA meets have a diff pay scale from USAG, how can we reflect that and still use this app?
Great for reporting
This app is definitely a must have. It is great to keep track of expenses for each meet. The report that it prints is perfect to send to the meet director. The individual invoices are nice to issue to each judge for their personal records.
Recommendations for the next update:
- Add the option to include contact information for each judge so that it is included (automatically) in the report for the meet director. Address, email and phone number would come in handy.
- Add the option to document different times for each break, as not all breaks are equal.
