Didnt give me my prizes from the all star promotion. I hit 51 check ins and i didnt even get the prize for 25.

Spent 2 hours gaining points just to be logged out. Location not to register and all of my points went back to 0
Not all functions work
We needed this app in order to take part in Ice Buckets leading up to the nba all star game. Location services doesn’t work to earn points when you visit different venues and there’s no settings section to make sure all info is correct. The website sends you back to the app. It’s a multibillion dollar league with a $100 app experience. Do better NBA.

Still Can’t Access Any of My Tickets
I was excited to use the app, but I have not been able to access my Crossover tickets that I bought. There was an update today that was supposed to fix that, but I still can’t access them. Everytime I try, the app shuts down. Wasting time trying to figure out how I’m going to get them now- the event is 2 days always.

Can’t access tickets and unable to get any support. NBA should be better than this.
It shuts down when I try to see the tickets I bought
I have redownloaded this thing 10 times. I spent a lot of money for crossover tickets this weekend. Apparently I need this app to get in. However, every time I click the button to see my tickets, the app automatically closes. I followed the instructions, got the link in my email, and then it does this. Hope they get it to work by Friday!

App is ok. It doesn’t have the “my tickets” section that it say it has. I don’t have access to my NBA all star tickets at all

I downloaded the app because my tickets to the all star events are suppose to be located there but I don’t see them or anywhere to be able to log in.
Terrible support
Bought tickets that were supposed to be delivered to the app in February, and there is no link to login or otherwise access tickets! No number to call for help, and the email responses to online contact only send a link to download the app, after telling them that I already have it and it doesn’t work, sheesh!

This is an amazing app! Was very helpful during the weekend. Wish there was an app this detailed for everything I do. The fan pass game was also a great touch.
