App does not work

After installing the app and trying to register I keep getting error message حدث خطأ ما رجاء المحاولة لاحقا. Then suddenly I am asked for the Non Financial Pin. Which does not work. Then the same error message above is repeated. Then suddenly I am asked to create a personal profile. I receive a code to my phone, which I enter then I get an error message. Then I receive a new code which miraculously works. Then suddenly the app freezes and I get the same error message above. And now I have to start all over again. It’s too much hassle.
