Comparisons

I reconcile several different bank statements, investment statements and credit card statements each month. Some are much easier to reconcile than others. NBT does not have their statements available on the app and it requires me to have log into their web site to get my statements each month. This is sometime difficult to find. I wish it was available on the app like all other banks.

The app is glitches and it prompt you to put in your username and password. It keeps buffering sometimes with a continue window.

We have used NBT for over 50 years and have always been very pleased with their personalismo and good accounting.
Generally no problem with mobile banking.

Error code

I constantly get an error code trying to open this app. I can’t look at my account and this issue keeps happening after I’ve deleted the account over and over.

Mobile banking

Have not been able to use my mobile banking for 2 weeks and the bank cannot figure out why

No account or routing numbers

Not very user friendly. Does not let me view personal information such as my full account number and the routing number for the bank. Lists old accounts that have been closed.
