Ehh I didn’t pass but almost
I had the app and payed for the advanced version but still can’t up short. It did help with some but way more detail is needed in some areas for sure. Kind of felt blindsided. Definitely use but in addition to another source.

I am halfway through my masters degree program in clinical mental health counseling and I started studying for the NCE. I bought the recommended book. After reading the first 30 pages I was like ugh! So I searched the App Store and found this app! I love it! I’ve been using it for about a week and it’s a life saver! I love the fact that it gives me the areas to improve in and gives me a question of the day. Great app! I feel more confident in my study habits and I do not feel as anxious about taking the NCE! Thank you!

Crashes, deleted progress & no way to log in
This app has been so frustrating, it regularly crashes on me, freezing or closing out. It also has frequently erased my progress so I can’t tell accurately what my percentage rates are because then I get repeat questions while never having seen other questions.
The questions are repeated frequently and many of them seem outdated and sexist, homophobic or transphobic. The question of the day says it will be unlimited new questions but it has always been questions I’ve already answered. Overall I do feel this app has helped me study but the issues are so frequent & irritating it almost isn’t worth it for $35.
The developers suggested I delete & re-install the app and when I did so my account could not be recovered- there is no way to log into the app, only to create an account, so I now have no access to my progress or the upgraded account I purchased. My exam is in 19 days and for three weeks now I have been trying to get my account back up and running but the tech support is so slow in helping. This app was very expensive and it does not even work well, and no refund has been allowed either.
*UPDATE*
I finally got my account recovered because they upgraded the app to have a login button finally, but when I logged in the upgraded version I paid for months ago was still not applied to my account. The developer is now saying it’s my fault for maybe using a capital letter when I logged in, which I didn’t. It has now been A MONTH of me trying to just login and use this app. Huge waste of money, my exam is in 5 days & I haven’t been able to use the app in weeks.
