Could miss your flight
When you add your flight to your dashboard, the current status of your flight will remain unchanged. If you rely on this app at the airport, you could very easily miss your flight. As this is meant to be one of the core features of the app, it is worthless and one to delete. When I tracked my flight on this app, it did not show any gate information. The gate was on show at the airport display boards. I went to the gate, when I was there the airport board updated to “Gate closed “ yet the app still did not show any gate information.

Very useful
I love using the app, its very convenient having all my flight information and car parking in one place. I also enjoy the fact that you can see when the restaurants and shops are open, makes preparing for my travels easier.

New App
I updated from the old app on both iPhone & iPad, I’m now unable to get any flight information, book the lounge or book parking, I have tried uninstalling and re installing but the result is the same, no information. As a test I tried installing this app on another iPhone phone which hadn’t previously had the app installed and it worked straight away, I then checked all the settings and they were all the same. I think there is something wrong when updating from the existing app Any ideas?
Update following update version 4.0.2, good news, arrivals & departures now showing and updating on the app, however booking of car park or lounge is still not working. App either shows “no results” for lounge or “sorry there was a problem” for car parking, hopefully future updates will resolve this issue.

No flight information displayed
I am having same issue as other users , my app doesn’t display flights info. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still same issue. Registered user.

So this new app I car’nt see Arrivals or departures now , very strange as the old app was just fine !!
New update waste of time
Updated the app and it doesn’t show any arrivals or departures lost my flight details that were on the main screen on the previous update. Pointless having the app if it can’t show you the flights. Maybe look at Heathrow’s app to see how it should look

Terrible Update
Since update and having to register the app doesn’t show any arrivals or departures ???
Useless. No way to set up account.
Need to log in to use the app. It nowhere to sign up for an account. Useless.
BROKEN FOR MONTHS. YOU COULD MAYBE FIX IT !
Update: I contacted the airport about this app being broken. They didn’t even realise. Then a big standard reply saying it was going through maintenance. Yeah 9 months in maintenance. They just don’t care. You’ve seen the complaints about it not working. Fix it ! Wouldn’t you think a big organisation like Newcastle Airport would actually fix this !!! Absolute shambles.

Doesn’t work
Download app and then it just sits frozen downloading application data.
Does not work on iOS
Just says “downloading app data” for ages with no progress. I have tried installing and using the app with both wi fi and 4G and it does not work either way. Seems other people having the same problem.
Downloading application data…forever…
The app doesn’t load. Just get a message saying downloading application data and nothing else. Deleted the app, downloaded it again, same thing. Tried using 4G, tried with Wifi, tried with VPN on and then off. So the app doesn’t work on my iPhone XR.
Fast to load and easy to use
I’m a frequent flier AND a secret plane nerd. This app is a brilliant solution to having all the airport bits at my finger tips… and for seeing which plane just went over my house :)
