Like many others who have provided a review, I also tried the 7 day free trial but was automatically charged $19.99 for 3/months. I tried to contact them via email, but the email does not exist. I looked for a number or tried to contact them some other way to receive a refund. Nothing.

The questions themselves are not on the exam nor is the exam set up on the app reflect the true NCMHCE as well. This app and company is a scam, do not waste your time or money. There is no way to in get in contact with them.

Nothing like the NCMHCD

The questions and practice test format are nothing like the NCMHCE which is based on case studies. This app looks more like a practice for the NCE. The developers need to actually look at the tests to see what they look like before creating a general knowledge app that doesn't help you prepare for the actual test you are taking.
