I don’t appreciate some new nonsense just thrown at me. We are volunteers who get a little gift every year or two. Don’t like how I had to get a password after 15 years. You people act like this is the FBI or something.

I like doing surveys and getting paid to do it. So I like the app simple.
Not maintaining user info
Every time I try and scan now I have to put in my information. It doesn’t maintain about the users, and logged me out every time so I have to do the password and username every time as well
Glitching
I don't know what happened with this last update, but it continuously signs me out, and it will often take me two or three tries to sign back in. Then I'm having to re-enter my and the other shoppers in my household information every single time. My favorite places that I shop, again, I'm having to redo them every time I login.

The app had an update and lost all of my saved info - people, favorite stores. I added it back it in last week. Opened the app today and I had been logged out, and when I logged in, all of my info was gone again. I’ve been a member for around 20 years. And since it went to an app it has never done this. Frustrating.

Every time you go to enter a shopping trip you have to update shopper information. Not good since they revamped the app.
