The NCR SelfServ™ Checkout Remote Attendant RAP application provides a user interface that can run on iOS mobile devices through a wireless connection from a RAP server. The RAP server is installed on any supported hardware by the NCR SelfServ™ Checkout desktop RAP.
Benefits:
•Using NCR SelfServ™ Checkout RAP Mobile, your self-checkout attendants can use a mobile iOS device to easily assist shoppers as they checkout.
•Using your iOS mobile device, you can zoom in to closely monitor one lane while simultaneously continuing to monitor all lanes.
Architecture:
The user interface runs on iOS mobile device and the RAP server runs on the NCR SelfServ™ Checkout desktop RAP.
