Optimization
This app does many things well, what frustrates me is when it randomly decides to stop showing me real time. Forcing me to close the app and reload in to maybe fix the problem or wait and try again later in order for Real Time to function again. Hard to relay on this while running a business.
Not showing my schedule
This app has worked fine until today. It’s not loading my schedule up at all. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and nothing. A lot of businesses rely on an app like this. This needs to be fixed before people start getting fired. Thankfully, I’m able to text my boss and ask him if I’m working or not.

Native iPad Support Please
Weird that it doesn’t already exist. Other than the actual service being spotty (hardly the fault of the app itself, which is well designed and offers key data points efficiently) it seems wild to me that there isn’t a native iPad version. My restaurant group utilizes Pulse for more than 30 restaurants, I imagine many of us would appreciate a turbo desktop worthy client for iPad. Thanks for the consideration.

App is trash , login errors , invalid credentials, have to constant restart app. My company needs to get rid of ncr, needs iPad version

The app often goes down. Consequently, it badly affects the management and operation.

No matter how much times i get sent a new password my work schedule will not load and i can’t request time off or anything it’s really nerve wrecking because the app DOESNT WORK!

Phone updated the app. Turned from green to purple. And now I can’t view anything. Fix ur update. It broke the app. Opens and closes immediately
The purple is HORRIBLE
Whoever decided purple was a good idea must have been someone young. The purple is TERRIBLE for people with vision problems! It’s extremely hard on the eyes for anyone over 40 which is most likely 50% of users! Please change the app back to green!

Do not use for business
It’s crazy how simple of an app this is but yet it constantly bugs up and glitches. Whoever wrote this should be ashamed they didn’t get all thr bugs out by now. Constantly crashing, doesn’t work, just all around garbage.
You cannot get any help with this app.
1 month to find someone to help with the app. Being bounced from number to number and no help. Just a shame . Alpha should not use this .
