Crashing more lately

Has not been working consistently past 2 weeks. Crashing often. Also with business account, need 2FA every time? Asks me to remember the same device every time I log in? What is the function of asking to remember the device if I still need 2FA every time I log in?

Longtime customer de banked over nonsense

If you file legitimate disputes, they will close your account because they don’t like the administrative cost and the pressure that they get from merchants go elsewhere

App needs improvement

Not impressed. Considering switching banks. Overall this app is completely subpar compared to its competitors. Does the bare minimum and often times has bugs when trying to log in. Very slow and dated. Needs to be completely revamped.

Excellent

Great online and in person service.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service at my branch in Ogdensburg.
Ask for Autumn or Will.

Security measures are annoying

I’m all for security measures but having to answer my security questions each and every time I use the app is annoying. A remember me for x number of days would be nice

Simple to use

Always loads up quick, easy to figure out

Great App

The app is easy to use and provides me with all of my banking needs. Intuitive and easy functionality.

Bill Pay won’t work with IOS 14.1!

The Apple help desk person told me it won’t work until North Country Savings Bank Updates their app to be compatible. The new Apple update does not allow cookies and we cannot uninstall it. Please tell me you can fix this soon!

Other than that, I love this app and have used it from its beginning.

Needs updating.

Please update to be optimized for the newer iPhones like the X and XS

Best bank ever

Certainly the best bank I've ever used. Thanks for all the great customer service.

I am continually frustrated when trying to log in online. Forced to change my password on a regular basis and not means, at this point, it's an ordeal to log in every time. I realize the security is for my benefit, but it's to the point where banking online is pretty much impossible. Why not use the thumb print to be able to log in?
