I cannot get the app to load to pay my bill!!!
Doesn’t work anymore
If you try to access your profile, change your payment information, or essentially do anything, it will give you an error and tell you to log out and log back in. My card has expired and I have no way to update the information. There’s also no way to report bug issues.
App is useless
Gives false information.
Stopped working
There’s no updates in 4 years! App has stopped working completely. When it was “working” you could only see the amount owed. You couldn’t view past payments or statements from any time.

APP Never Work
It is so frustrating to click on this app for it to never work. Meaning… it will not load just to sign in.
App never loads
I have had this app for a couple of years. Most of the time it will not load. I have tried at different times of the day and different days. I have reinstalled the app and nothing helps. Water authority would rather make paying my bill difficult and charge late fees than to make it easier so I can pay on time. Oh and I tried to ahead to not miss due date and system will not allow.
