ND should be ashamed at who is working in this department. It takes a 1/2hr to find a back door just to create a password for the app. App is just as bad to navigate and move within. I’d rather get hit by a bus. Zero stars… waste of time and tax dollars.

Bring back Face ID Login
The updated app brought Face ID login, which was a big upgrade from the old app. But then, the most recent update removed it. Please bring it back! Other than that, the app is still much improved from the previous version.

This app, and really the entire lottery.nd.gov website load very poorly. Constantly getting the “something went wrong” screen since the redesign. Would be nice if it just worked.

I really don’t have any complaints… yes it can lag here or there but it is not an inconvenience for me at all.

The recent update erased all of my payment info
New updated app needs a lot of work
The old app wasn’t perfect , but at least it functioned . This new updated version has a lot of glitches that need to be worked out . My old account was unusable and I had to create a whole new one - which is barely usable due to glitches with multi factor authentication, purchasing multiple tickets etc. I gave it a 1 Star because 0 wasn’t an option. It’d probably be easier just to buy tickets in a store .

Revised App a Billion Times Better
North Dakota released the new lottery app today. I’m not sure that anyone coming from the previous app to this one could give an accurate assessment of it because this new version is a billion times better than the previous app. It’s difficult to find the words to convey just how awful that app was. This new version seems easy to use. Buying tickets was a breeze. The graphics are good, the buttons are responsive. I am just so happy to be done with the nightmare that came before this one.

Doesn’t even work. Nothing in the app works, you try to select things and it goes nowhere. Totally useless.

this app is a scam. You "buy" tickets but then they just expire so even if you have winning numbers it doesn't even work
Terrible but potential
The only thing this has going for it is you don’t have to go to the store for a ticket.
All anyone wants to do is check their numbers to see if they won. If you buy a ticket in the app it’s like jumping through hoops to check. Everything else is fluff that’s also disorganized.
