Your app does not work at all. You should fix it or delete it!
Awful to use
Nowhere I can add in my details, doesn’t link to NDSS account, the UI is horrifically outdated and looks terrible. Can y’all at least try to do this properly?

It’s completely usless. Only for people in Western Australia??. They are the only ones that matter to NDSS I suppose. It’s so outdated and has little to no features. Don’t bother downloading this waste of space

I’m extremely disappointed with the app. I was expecting to be able to add my NDSS card on so I could add it to my Apple wallet and all the app can do is “there are no pharmacies available”

This app is useless waste of resources if they pop aid for this.
Scrap it, it’s useless
Scrap it and start again, I had numerous attempts to get to find a pharmacy, with no results each time.
NDSS app needs urgent updating.
The National Diabetes Supply Scheme (NDSS) app, needs a thorough updating. It seems that the app only applies to residents of Western Australia only, or is in beta mode, or there is a funding problem preventing the app to be updated and completed.
As a Type 2 diabetic, I could make use of this app.
Apart from finding any chemists who dispense diabetic supplies under the NDSS, it would be great if there was a digital version of your NDSS membership card that displayed your membership number, and how to contact the NDSS for enquiries.

Waste of time
3.3 mb and 5 minutes I will never get back. Probably the most useless app I have ever downloaded. Saw a NDSS sign at local pharmacy, opened app and it could not find a NDSS pharmacy within 10 km.

This App is absolutely useless and a total waste of time.
I live in Darwin and I have a number of NDSS chemists less than a 1 km from me and it can’t even find them.
How can I trust it when I’m on my road trip around the country.

Currently unusable
No matter what I do I always get "No pharmacies available". I am located south of Sydney and there are countless pharmacies. Please fix this and I'll fix my rating!! 😊
