Miserable experience
The old app wasn’t great but in hindsight was infinitely better than this. Great company, great service, great people, now we just need to Make this App Great Again 🇺🇸
New App Design
The new app design made things even harder to do. Payment processing has more steps, and finding the button to report an outage is a horrible experience.
Awful app
This app doesn’t even open.
Bad design
This app desperately needs a redesign. The appearance is perhaps the worst of any app out there now. And you do not need to notify me every single time I open the app that notifications are turned off. Of course they’re turned off - I don’t want to receive them, so stop telling me. Otherwise it generally seems to work fine.

The new update won't open on my phone. Other than that it use to be great

I use their prepaid plan and this app makes it super easy to pay the bill
