Locked out by phone
This stupid app locked out my phone. I couldn’t do a normal button reset. Lucky it wasn’t an emergency. I needed so do a hard reset to get control back
Froze my Iphone 17
While I think this app is great to find AEDs around your area (watched demo in my ACLS/BLS) class), I wasn't able to open the app at all because it gets stuck on notifications. The app doesn't open other than the notifications window. At that point, Im not able to do ANYTHING with my phone other than force restart it (if anyone has the same issue for Iphone 17, it's push volume up one sec then down one sec and then push and hold the right side button until Apple screen appears/screen is black).

Why on earth do you need a login to see AED details? “Hang on keep compressions going while I click forgot password”
App did not work
App did not work after download. Look elsewhere.
LOVE IT
Wish my cities would get to using PulsePoint and PulsePoint AED. It’s gonna be fun adding AED’s myself though as I find them (pretty sure I’m the only one to use this app in both cities but this would be beneficial even if so).
Great mission
This app collects and displays AEDs for/from the National AED Registry used by 911 operators. If you know an AED location make sure to use this app to add it to the registry.
Pointless
Considering it’s an app that’s to help potentially save a life, make clear it is not for the uk
Wanted to like it but had to delete
This app completely bricked my phone. Notification appeared to allow access upon install and could not select either option. After that, I couldn’t select anything on my phone at all including the ability to unlock my phone. Eventually had to look up how to hard reset my phone to restore access. Not great for an emergency which thankfully I was not in at the time.

Apple Watch
Dear Pulse Point where is the watch app? Sincerely, your favorite user.
Great Idea
Whenever I see an AED I look it up. If it’s not listed I add it. Maybe save someone’s life one day.
Hide the photos!
The photos band in the lower part of the screen is annoying and covers half the screen. Please make them collapsible.
March 2023 didn’t work for me at all in UK
Useless
AEDs save lives
I have added many for 911 operators to use. Simple!
EMS providers
Excellent public safety resource
“Pending Approval”???
It appears that all of the more than 60 AEDs in the Colorado Springs area show “Pending Approval”in the app. What does that mean?
The BEST to INSTRUCT where...
...to tell someone WHERE the closest AED is 24/7/366 no matter where you are on the globe...
...in the same way we used to tell someone to GO TO A LANDLINE to dial 911!
AWESOME phone app!

AWESOME phone app!
Useless
Not a single unit found in the U.K. Perhaps the app is no longer being worked on, but it should probably be removed from App Store.
Dangerous
You require people to signup and have a login before they can use this app? That’s horrible. You can push a signup after the fact, but in an emergency situation, someone could die waiting for your verification email. I downloaded this a few weeks ago thinking it was a brilliant idea and a good thing to have on my phone. Good thing I happened to open it to poke around long before I ever actually needed it. Just despicable.

Response from developer
You do not need to login to view AED locations - only to add a new AED (we do not allow AEDs to be added to the public registry anonymously). Please reach out to us at support@pulsepoint.org if you have any questions!
Wouldn’t find any AEDs.
No AEDs found
