It won’t let me cancel
It’s like once you set up reoccurring Neats, it won’t ever let you stop. I just want to go back to on-demand, not auto-scheduling.
App interface is not good
Updating any information or canceling the reoccurring cleaning is not streamlined. You have to log on their site and send an email to change anything or cancel the reoccurring cleaning.
