App works fine but no QA with cleaners
The cleaner damaged my items and is now unresponsive. As best I can tell, the Neatly app offers no way to provide feedback, file a claim, or any other means for accountability or quality assurance with its partners.

This service is amazing, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. First time using and it was a wonderful experience. Best laundry service in NYC
Great service! I had tons of laundry to do. I called and was able to get my clothes picked up the same day , dropped off the next. My clothes all smelled amazing and were washed well. Definitely my new go to!
