App will not even load
Just received my Soundcore projector and installed the iOS compatible app but the app won’t allow me to finish creating an account due to server errors and also not being able to find the agreement terms for my region (USA). Definitely 0 out of 5 stars.
Sign Up Flaw
I have downloaded and deleted this app. So many times. I’m fed up. I try to sign up to open up the app and use it. But it has a lot of bugs and it’s not letting me sign up. 😒
Update killed the app
After most recent update, app requires registration that doesn’t actually work, so the app is essentially bricked.

Latest app update now requires users to register an account to use. Account registration doesn’t work, don’t both downloading this.

Terrible app
This app is buggy and has given us so many problems since we bought our Nebula projector. Ever since the app updated, I can no longer use it - it will only let me access it by logging in or creating an account. When I attempt to create an account, I get an error message. In the past we have had tons of bugs and problems with navigating Netflix through this app. For example: if you want to rewind and you click the 10 second rewind multiple times in a row, it takes you back to the Netflix Home Screen. We will no longer be using this app and now I guess we need a firestick or Roku to access Netflix!

So many server errors
Terrible app.
Do not update
No warning; forced a registration with all kinds of ridiculous hoops to jump through as well. Locked out of my machine in the middle of usage and would have been permanently if I hadnt signed up. I never give money to companies again after this kind of anti-consumer behavior.
The most limited options ever
Nebula was great at the beginning, but now only two services work since we purchased the nebula the content has been going downhill very sad

なんか、ずっと使ってたのに、急にメールアドレスとパスワードを要求された。こんなアプリ使うために、アクティベートがどうとか、めっちゃ面倒やったし、何回もなぜかやり直しさせられた。何のメリットがあるのか謎。いらん設定作るな。
Not worth the time
Half the apps won’t work anymore and ask for updates that don’t exist, now I have to sign in to use the app but it won’t let me sign up for an account. I’m relatively tech savvy, I’m in my 20’s (not old and confused). Unfortunately this review will probably find you too late to save your money on this device.
