I created NeckUp because I spent too much time sitting and looking down at screens, often realizing only after a focus session had ended that my neck and shoulders were already tense. I wanted to build a focus app that not only tracks time, but also pays attention to how your body feels. NeckUp is a focus app that combines timer-based concentration, posture reminders, and gentle neck movement exercises to help you stay attentive during work or study while also taking better care of your body.
