OVERCHARGED
I was overcharged for the month of August. I had my vehicle completely removed from the parking spot i had reserved before August 1 still no refund. This app is a scam
Host stole my car
Stored a car with a host, and their family member stole my key and car. Got the car back with damage and no gas, missing a key. I contacted neighbor, and they refused to do anything about it

I created my account in hopes of making a little extra money but unfortunately I cant because I received a call from the app agent who was very polite informing me that this app doesnt allow street parking as a means to rent out. I dont have space in my house because its too small, I dont have space in my driveway because I only have space for my family's cars.
Using the app itself and creating the listing was easy. However this limitation doesnt provide me any chance of using it now. So much for that....

Unsupportive of Hosts
When an app doesn’t allow a host to respond to a review or even leave a review for a renter - as a way to protect other hosts or even raise a. Red flag… look out. We are dealing with humans and private property.
Great Experience
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Finding and renting the garage space was simple, and the owner was responsive and helpful. The space was safe, easy to access, and provided reliable protection for my vehicle. It made parking much more convenient and reduced the stress of finding a secure place to leave my car.

I tried to rent a garage 10x10 for the price listed. Told the owner it was for storing my household items till I find my new apartment and they called me telling me he doesn't actually have that amount of space available and it'll only be 1/4 of the size 5x5 but that they have another option for, you guessed it, a much higher price

This app does not produce any leads. They have poor screening on consumers. They should do more diligence in screening before they are allowed to rent a space. I was even scammed by someone on this app. Will find another app or just market myself.

Neighbor as great as far as communication. Never got to meet him because life had other plans. Never used the space. Didn’t know I had to cancel d o paying for first month is gone, but now I’ve tried to cancel and still got charged two more months. I really couldn’t afford hay unexpected expense right now.

Not helpful ! Customer service is not professional ! They are scamming people ! I booked a parking spot and they never provided with instructions of where to go ! Yet i have a cancelled the reservation and they stole my refund ! Cool but i will see you in court

Why is there not an option to cancel my reserved space? The only option you give me is to message the person I am renting a paid parking space from. Which is useless. He does not respond to messages.

Help is dependent on your money
Started off pretty good, I was host and had many renters. The city I live in caught on and didn’t like it so they sent me multiple violations and fees and told me to shut it down. When I tried to work with Neighbor to get everything removed off my property, they said since the city shuts me down that I violated the terms of service and abandoned me to figure it out on my own.
I now have tons of abandoned items on my property and Neighbor refuses to help, meaning I now have to spend thousands to have it all removed.
So as long as you continue to bring them in money and you don’t get any surprises, you might be okay. If something happens that’s out of your control, they will absolutely leave you high and dry.
