Neighbor as great as far as communication. Never got to meet him because life had other plans. Never used the space. Didn’t know I had to cancel d o paying for first month is gone, but now I’ve tried to cancel and still got charged two more months. I really couldn’t afford hay unexpected expense right now.

Neighbor is a scam
Not helpful ! Customer service is not professional ! They are scamming people ! I booked a parking spot and they never provided with instructions of where to go ! Yet i have a cancelled the reservation and they stole my refund ! Cool but i will see you in court

Canceling a reserved space
Why is there not an option to cancel my reserved space? The only option you give me is to message the person I am renting a paid parking space from. Which is useless. He does not respond to messages.

Help is dependent on your money
Started off pretty good, I was host and had many renters. The city I live in caught on and didn’t like it so they sent me multiple violations and fees and told me to shut it down. When I tried to work with Neighbor to get everything removed off my property, they said since the city shuts me down that I violated the terms of service and abandoned me to figure it out on my own.
I now have tons of abandoned items on my property and Neighbor refuses to help, meaning I now have to spend thousands to have it all removed.
So as long as you continue to bring them in money and you don’t get any surprises, you might be okay. If something happens that’s out of your control, they will absolutely leave you high and dry.

Ridiculous Hidden Fees Ruin a Good Idea
Whatever price you see, add 75% due to Neghbor’s fees. Greedy management ruins a useful idea. Would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve been using Neighbor as a host to rent out space on my property for RV and boat storage, and it’s been fantastic.
The platform makes it incredibly easy to list my available space, set my own rates and rules, and manage bookings all in one place.
The app is user-friendly, and the messaging system keeps communication with renters smooth and documented. I’ve had reliable guests who respect my property, and Neighbor’s protection and payment system gives me peace of mind.
It’s a great way to earn extra income from space that would otherwise sit unused. If one of the renters fails to pay, Neighbor does all the work to have their property removed. (That hasn’t happened yet, people pay once that process has started.)

I wish I could leave a lower rating
This was single handedly the worst experience I have had with parking reservations. This was an actual SCAM. I paid for the parking res & the host never responded to a single message & never showed up to give me access to the garage. Horrible experience. I’m still trying to get the reservation refunded but they won’t take my call; they just keep leaving me on hold.

I have no faith in this app
I reserved a spot in a place that had good reviews, showed multiple spots available. Got msg was approved for move in, drove almost an hr to get there to be told no availability and turn around. I have no faith in this app especially since you get no contact info till you reserve a spot. No thanks. Deleting.

You can’t even paste a message into the field for contacting someone offering a space. Amateurish.
Convenient, safe space
Arthur responded quickly to our questions and we were able to start storing our RV right away. His space is safe and has cameras for added security. We are happy we found Arthur on the Neighbor app.

Awesome rental App
Always have a great experience using the Neighbor app to rent out my extra space. I don't need to worry about anything as they handle the back office work and the funds all I need to do is approve the renters. Been on this app for quite a few years always have great renters and they're always happy with my care I give each vehicle...Scott

Incorrect listings
It’s not unusual to find listings in Neighbor that don’t actually exist. For instance, I’ve spoken with two providers that don’t have any covered or indoor spots, yet they remain listed. Huge waste of time.
Mental Midgetry... BEWARE
When you allow someone on your platform to rent spaces to people, only for them to force me to move my property AFTER PAYING THEM, then you do NOTHING to assist in receiving a refund, you are utter trash.
