My Card Feature issue
Have to remove and
reinstall app after every use of the My Card feature. Have talked to Neighbors tech support 3 times and all they can say is “…it’s your phone….’ Really? !

Neighbors @ Prairieville location helped me save my money from scammers trying to get me to wire money to a fake bank and account. Thanks to the manager & her assistance for saving my account

(( But the fact of the matter is having to have “any”“bank” hold my money/,(sometimes charge me to hold, use, withdraw, add, etc…)) is outrageous, diabolical, and just plain unethical 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 just for certain people/ organizations to see a paper trail to prove eligibility!

I quit using it on my IPads
The app no longer operates in landscape mode on either of my iPad Pros. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Having to use it in portrait mode is not acceptable.
