Very helpful, easy access to it , everything you need to haul and transport was provided like chain , straps , binders , spare tire , tire chocks and etc… highly recommend

Deceitful acts is the best way to describe this group. After there app not working delaying me 2 days. they took my credit card info and pushed the transaction through. When I realized I didn't need the trailer because of delay they say no refunds. This company could care less what your experience is and doesn't want to own there part.

Do not use
I was charged for a trailer rental that was never accepted. When you meet Support, you are inundated with AI rather than actual people that can help you. I hear some people have had an OK experience, but I will never use this app again.

That’s the only reason I gave this three stars the app needs work but the trailer I rented was awesome

Too many hidden fees
Rented a trailer for $65 a day and wasn’t able to bring it back within 24 hours so I extended it for another day. I still returned it the same day but a few hours later. The total cost was $182.50! The guy that rented to me wanted to partially reimburse me but Neighbors Trailer has a $25 processing fee for reimbursements and they don’t allow us to exchange contact information! That shouldn’t even be legal right? I will not be renting from Neighbors Trailer again.

Waste of time. Spent a week waiting for a trailer I booked to confirm me. Nobody will respond to messages. Total waste of time.

Horrible experience
I needed a trailer immediately to do my company deliveries with for the night due to ours breaking down. I found a trailer close by that was available with a 15 minute pick up time after booking. I did not know that the person renting the trailer has to approve the booking and of course you have to pay for the booking first. The person still has not approved the booking. I don't even believe the guy had a trailer and I lost $580 in income. Will never use again now I have to wait three days to get my money back. Absolutely horrible experience.

Unsafe Trailer
When I attempted to pick up a trailer, there were no places to tie down cargo. The company said it was on me to confirm that a cargo trailer could haul cargo safely and legally. Charge me full price for Rental. Trash company!!
