Cancellations are clearer now. Renters can also choose account credit instead of a refund when cancelling. You get more back, and it applies to your next booking. Plus fixes to booking details, notifications, and payment screens.

Pure waste of time

I jumped thru all the hoops getting signed up, put all my info in, found a trailer, paid the rental fee, coverage fee, taxes and deposit and then wasted 2.5 hours waiting for a response to pick up the trailer but no one communicated in any way what so ever with me even after sending 2 messages to the owner. So I canceled the transaction and waiting till I see a refund. Wish me luck

Great design & easy to use

SO happy this app exists! The nearest trailer rental & sales place to us is over 2 hours away which makes it completely unrealistic. This app allowed us to find a horse trailer rental 10 minutes away from our horse. Absolutely love the convenience and also the protections it gives us for the transactions and everything. The only issue we had is we can’t upload our photos but I emailed their customer service and they were super responsive so hopefully they’ll get that fixed quickly. Definitely will use again!
