Good customer service and quality motorcycles
the guy who runs the app is always super responsive to me as someone who rents my bike out, answering any questions that i have immediately to help me understand the process and feel comfortable renting my bike out. I’ve had responsible renters that enjoy renting my sportster and I plan on using this service more

App is glitchy
App has so many bugs. Everytime I check saved bikes it says I have none even though I’m logged in. It will also freeze if a bike you chose is no longer available, you’ll have to close the app then go into it again. Browser is fine but the app is just unstable. I’ll check my messages on the app and it will say there aren’t any conversations as well.

Terrible app!!!
Totally buggy, asks for a birthdate even though I am logged in, then gives me an error when I try to checkout. Complete waste of time.

This service allows me to ride lots of motorcycles without owning one. I use it about once a month. I can ride all kinds of bikes.
Buggy app and deceptive pricing.
When I go checkout it keeps asking me for my birthdate. I’m over the minimum age required and it still keeps asking me. I tried on the desktop but decided against it because the insurance prices are insane. The cheapest option was $64 a day for a bike that cost $88 a day to rent. There’s no option to waive the insurance even if you have your own.
