Very easy to use, Skoot takes any stress out of finding somewhere to rent, or negotiate pricing and avoid any language barrier issues. Small cash deposit and no need to surrender your passport is also very reassuring.

We hired a scooter in Chiang Mai from a hotel a bit of a way out from the centre - they delivered on time to the hotel and collected it afterwards. Just what I needed. Great service - kept in touch about what was happening - would definitely recommend!!

Every with my scooter rental in Chiang Mai we t very smoothly. Skoot has tons of bikes to choose from, and the value/prices are very good. I’ve been to Thailand several times and never enjoyed the scooter rental process when doing direct through local rental shops. With Skoot my bike was waiting for me at the airport when I landed and the payment and rental contract details were already sorted through the app so it was super convenient. I had a few requests and support needs during my rental and Skoot customer support was super fast and very helpful! Some of the best customer support I’ve received ever! Skoot ales the whole rental process so much easier, more convenient, and more affordable. I will rent through Skoot for every single trip I have in Thailand going forwards.
