Simple and Smooth!

Very easy to use, Skoot takes any stress out of finding somewhere to rent, or negotiate pricing and avoid any language barrier issues. Small cash deposit and no need to surrender your passport is also very reassuring.

I had to change the booking a few times due to flight cancellations and this was seamless and painless.

Will certainly use again.

Great service - very impressed!!

We hired a scooter in Chiang Mai from a hotel a bit of a way out from the centre - they delivered on time to the hotel and collected it afterwards. Just what I needed. Great service - kept in touch about what was happening - would definitely recommend!!

Amazing service

Every with my scooter rental in Chiang Mai we t very smoothly. Skoot has tons of bikes to choose from, and the value/prices are very good. I’ve been to Thailand several times and never enjoyed the scooter rental process when doing direct through local rental shops. With Skoot my bike was waiting for me at the airport when I landed and the payment and rental contract details were already sorted through the app so it was super convenient. I had a few requests and support needs during my rental and Skoot customer support was super fast and very helpful! Some of the best customer support I’ve received ever! Skoot ales the whole rental process so much easier, more convenient, and more affordable. I will rent through Skoot for every single trip I have in Thailand going forwards. If you have any doubts, all I can say is just give Skoot a try. You’ll be glad you did.

Scooter rental made easy

Honestly, the entire process was absolutely brilliant. Prices are reasonable, deposit process is fair and communication throughout the entire process was amazing. I’ve rented scooters in the past with the shops and sometimes it was ok and sometimes had issues. However these guys mitigate anything can create an issue. Coming back to Thailand in a couple months and will only be using skoot. Genuinely a top quality service and app.

A must-have if you are planning to rent a bike in Thailand!

This was my first trip to Thailand, and I did a ton of research about renting a bike to commute to areas that weren’t in walking distance of where I was staying. I came across Skoot while doing my research, and I’m so glad that I did. The app is so easy to use, sourcing partner shops close to where I was and showing me inventory based on what type of bike I was looking for. Once I booked the bike, there was quick and clear communication from the team at Skoot to make sure that I had everything I needed. A quick verification of my identity through the app (photo of my passport and a selfie) and I was good to go. I was even offered free delivery of the bike, and the folks who dropped it off to me were so friendly and kind, offering to stay and make sure that I familiarized myself with all of the settings before leaving. The ease of the app and the friendliness and responsiveness of the folks at Skoot and the partner shops close really made things so easy for me to rent and return!

A perfect service for scooter hire in Thailand

I visited Phuket and tried this app. They were fast, responsive got me a different model when my selection wasn’t available. Handled all with ease and even helped organise pickup and delivery. A+++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So easy

They delivered the bike to my hotel and picked it up again when finished, great prices, if you want to avoid being scammed when renting a motorbike then just go through these guys. So much easier.

Unreal experience ! Don’t hesitate!

The experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Brand new scooter , better rates than locals. Having it dropped off and picked up was a breeze from my lobby . The support is incredibly responsive if you ever need them. Helmets provided were new . Can’t wait to use them again honestly . Job well done Skoot team!

Highly recommend this app

I used Skoot when I was traveling through Phuket as an easy solution to find a scooter rental and they were super quick accommodating, and the bike I got was awesome. Great service would highly recommend to others and very affordable as well.
