Very good product, work good. Sometimes one or two of your order might be dud. And you have no way to replace it.

Terrible app
I LOVE THE NEILMED PRODUCTS but this app has soooooooo many issues.
I never write reviews, but this gave me such trouble - I figured it was worth my time - even if just to vent!
-while using the app I have already downloaded…. It has a bar at the top saying to download the app
-while trying to view products and description pops up and won’t let you see the picture
- while checking out I had to reset my password multiple times because it kept saying invalid EVEN when I copied and pasted the password from the NEW RESET
- while in the app that I was already LOGGED into - every time I clicked to view my cart or switch from screen to screen it asked me to log in AGAIN.
-even when TRYING to submit this review… the area to type in was bigger than the area you can see - so I couldn’t see what I was typing and had to go to the App Store to MAKE A REVIEW!!!
- this app was so aggravating that if I didn’t REALLY LOVE AND NEED the products - I would have said “to heck with it” and not ordered anything.
- now I have a sinus headache…. Hope my order arrives soon!
