Still doesn't work
Believe this is what to expect from the government making an app. No competition means poor service, poorly developed app. Guess they don't care as customer can't really leave for the competitor.
Bad
It’s horrible to log in with it just says “can not log in because of error” and then say the there is a update that I have to get for the app but THERE IS NO UPDATE.
Impossible to set up
It is just absolutely ridiculous just how difficult it is to get this app set up. I have wasted so many nemid codes trying to make this work. The error shown that everyone gets is also completely irrelevant. I don’t understand how it has managed to stay such bad quality for so long. You know this is a problem - FIX IT!

App is not working on IPhone 12, 14.4
I’ve used 15 nemid codes to activate this app. It does not work! I tried resetting it from the web portal by revoking all ‘in progress’ registration and tried registering it again but it did not. I contacted the customer support and they said they cannot help further. I’m supposed to get reached out by the admins but nothing in a week. I’m surprised by the level of malfunction in the app as I’m a software engineer myself. This is crazy! I really wish someone could help me soon!!!

Not working on my new phone
This has always worked on my old iOS (se version 1). I just got the new SE 2020 and tried to transfer and get the error that the code app requires an update even thought the app is up to date on both devices.
