It doesn’t work

Haven’t been able to use the neo app for over a month. The Profile review required popup keeps appearing, and I can’t use the app at all. Very disappointing experience.

I opened a neo account and they said that it will take up to 48 hours for verification, until now its been 6 days and nothing happened. I called the call center and they told me it may take more days to get the verification. Should i wait a year?

Needs attention

Full of bugs and always undergoes server maintenance especially when needed!!! You can’t access you accounts except through the app👎 you need to work on web access also and fix the always occurring server issues

Doesn’t work

I downloaded this app with the intention of opening a fresh dollar account, as I had seen in the advertisements. First time I open it, the app asks for notification permission, without any context or explaining what kind of notifications to expect. Then the logo animated and nothing else happened. I got stuck on a blank screen with the logo in the middle indefinitely. The app doesn’t work. If the app works I will update the rating and the review.
