Neon Tycoon

Neon Tycoon is a 3D property-trading board game for up to 8 players, played on a neon board you can lean into. You go round buying districts, building towers, and charging rent to whoever lands on them. Own a full colour set and the rent stops being a nuisance and starts being a problem. Run short of cash and you do not simply lose — you mortgage deeds, sell towers one at a time, and take a call from a rival who has noticed. THE BOTS PLAY THE GAME, NOT A SCRIPT They open trades rather than waiting to be asked, price a mortgaged deed with the bank interest already counted, build against the lap they are on instead of dumping cash on the first monopoly, and when they are broke they deal instead of quietly dying. A struggling rival will sell you the thing you need. THE RULES ARE THE REAL ONES Auctions when a property goes unbought and when a player goes bankrupt to the bank. Mortgages that transfer intact, with the 10% creditor interest charged on the way in. Bankruptcy that raises cash in the proper order before it is declared. A trade must be an exchange — the gift-then-bankrupt exploit is closed. MODES • Solo vs AI — one to seven opponents. • Local hot-seat — named seats that survive a reload. • Online — a private room code you can share, or play with friends across devices. WHAT YOU ARE GIVEN TO DECIDE WITH An incoming trade tells you what it does to your colour sets before you accept, and marks the affected properties on the board. Mortgaged tiles read amber. A double-tap dives the camera onto a district for a close look at what you built. PLAYS OFFLINE Everything except the online rooms runs with no connection. English, French and German, chosen from your device language. No ads. No accounts. No in-app purchases. No tracking.
