Doesn’t work

App doesn’t work don’t bother downloading

Are their privacy practices so bad?

They’re required to provide privacy practices at the next update; the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years, in spite of everything that’s missing from its capabilities. I’m thinking I may delete it, if they can’t reveal what they’re doing with our data.

So many missing features, and even the features that are there barely work

For example, why does searching for a name turn up different results each time?
And you often can’t find an account by searching for the last name. You must search instead for the person’s first name.

Also no way to copy the email address to clipboard??

Is this app an orphan?

Have the developers abandoned this app altogether? It’s a clunker and has very little functionality beyond a Rolodex.

I have to agree with the negative reviews

I thought the reviews were harsh until I started trying to use the app. We like Neon for our organization quite a bit and when I first used the app my first thought was “hey, this is cool, I can see all donations and accounts“. Then I went to use the other parts of the app and realize that there were none. It’s really just a formatted report. Neon has been going through a lot of growth recently and adding a lot of features. I really don’t understand why some of those efforts haven’t gone into making this app better.
