Not value for money
Need to pay upfront even the delivery charges. None of the books I was looking for were in stock. Search is pathetic and all the books are very basic, 100 - 200 rs books on Amazon. You can buy more new books over renting them and own them with the price they charge. Also recommendations are horrible. It see all Gujrathi books, very curious to know their algorithm. And wait list is just 3 books at a time. Worst UX. Not at all value for money

This app has so many features. It has made selecting books so easy and now the new auto-recommendations feature gives me the opportunity to explore new books at the push of a button.
Pathetic app and zero support
This is one of the most user unfriendly apps out there. It takes the money first and then there's no guidance on how to proceed? The books are mostly all on waitlist and customer support is next to nothing

I am a paid customer. My books have not been discharged even after 10 days of selection and 3 ticket raising. Poorest customer support that I have seen.
