Don’t use this app. Every time I send money using this app they don’t receive the full money on their end it’s always some money short. It’s been 5 times lately. Never gonna use this app and I don’t recommend anyone.
Very rude customer behaviour
The customer service is very late didn’t deposited money overseas in time and even argued with me on a very bad tone and using vulgar words. Don’t recommend to use this app. Felt like being scammed. This guy even threatened to kidnap me. The name of this guy is Bishnu Karki

While sending money they are deducting service charges already and also again deducting while depositing in Nepal. Worst scam service, doesn’t deposit exact amount that was supposed to be deposited!!!!!

They don’t send the exact amount of money shown in the screen. They deduct 10$ as their service fee which is fair but on top of that extra 100-400 rupees is deducted

I have recently send money using this app took more than a week to get deposited.. Customer service Ekdaam jhur, don’t know what they are doing , can’t track your transaction as well , as in the app it’s shows paid but full amount is not been deposited. If anyone is using this app I won’t recommend as if have good rates but deducted huge transaction fee plus extra charge after collecting. Please make sure to ask your recipients even the app shows paid , they don’t deposited the money .. Ek numbers ko chor haru ..

Tried uploading receipt but there is an error message and can’t upload receipt and I have already transferred in their account. Several calls, messages but no response at all. Very unsecured.

Did few transactions and always late. For the lastest transaction I made its been 3 weeks and no follow up since then. They dont pick up calls and no message replied. So frustrating.

Chor vatey haru. They don’t send the exact amount shown on the app after deducting the transfer fees of 10$, they take small amount from the money that was supposed to get paid. So if u r using it ; try to send exact multiple of 100 otherwise u will be little sort of money at the other end.
