Nepal RI Monitoring

Nepal Routine Immunization (RI) is a monitoring mechanism in place for house-to-house monitoring for missed children during campaign to ensure that illegible children are not missed from campaign dose. Furthermore, Nepal has initiated a unique and innovative approach to utilize this SIA to improve routine immunization coverage. For this, use of paper-based form needs an additional effort for data entry in digital form before analysis of collected data – will require additional time for compilation and may introduce errors while transcribing in digital form. This application was developed for mobile/tablet-based data collection system, data gets auto-compiled– deemed to be appropriate for real time monitoring and for taking corrective action in the field for improving campaign quality.
