Post Assessment Treatment does not work

Every time you click on post assessment treatment, you get the never ending spinning wheel and it never loads. I’m not sure what else there is to say to the developers other than to look into the issue. There just needs to be an update for bug fixes cause everytime you click on “view post assessments” it gives you the spinning wheel of ☠️

doesn’t work

i received nerivio a few days ago and had high hopes for migraine relief. unfortunately, the unit doesn’t work. it is impossible to get the unit to synch with the adhesive pad. it won’t recognize the pad and the it times out and the process has to be started again from the beginning. instead of providing migraine relief, it adds to the pain due to the stress and frustration of trying to get the machine to work.

Pretty good so far but unable to do the post treatment assessments which is frustrating

Everytime I click on “post treatment assessment” or I get a notification telling me to complete it when i’m out of the app, the page doesn’t load and is stuck with the never ending circle of death and am unable to fill out the assessment. I tried restarting and closing the app and everything and to no avail. Really liked this feature as it tells me if the device is working or not. Hope to see it fixed soon. But other than that great app so far. Love the videos and diary.

Great

Wonderful product and the app always works great for me. Just wish it was unlimited uses. My new insurance doesn’t cover it so refills can get spendy, especially when using preventatively.

Work on it

Needs work. When it’s time to leave an assessment review, the app doesn’t stay open long enough.

Confirmation email?!

It would be great to actually use the device but unfortunately you require a confirmation of email and despite having tried with different email addresses each time I tried to create an account. I don’t actually receive the confirmation email so I can’t actually get past the account creation screen… great job guys!! If I could give an app negative reviews (-5 stats for dunderhead bug) I would.

This app is helping me and others!!!

I have suffered from migraines every 8 weeks since I was a baby. I’ve been on countless pills and medications that never worked or made me feel worse. My neurologist recommended this product to me. At first I was like how could this be good. Trust me it helps. I went from every 8 weeks to maybe 6-7 months and for a shorter period of time. If you have migraines or constant headaches this is something that is amazing.

Live Activity’s

The app looks beautiful but is lacking live activity’s for when you exit the app.

Not only it inconvenient to have to set up a whole app to use a treatment device but this thing is awful. Spent like hours to delete things to have enough space on my phone to download a stupid app then spent like ten minutes to set it up. And i used it for a total of like 10 seconds before I couldn’t stand the feeling of it. It feels so freaky and disturbing. Honestly one of the worst feelings ever. I don’t see how this can help with headaches when I can’t wear it because it feels so disgustingly awful. The thing is sticky to put on then it like vibrate. Gross. I hate sticky. I hate vibrations. Even worse combined.

I’m glad I have this

I used Nerivio preventatively every other day for six months as a part of a study. I kept up with the daily dairy every day. No problems with the app, but the preventative treatment did not work for me. NOW, I use it for acute migraines with the guided imagery, and it helps a lot. BUT, the daily tracking dairy has become infuriating. Almost every day, I have to redo the dairy to get the info stick. It never did that before. It is already time consuming to do every day, and then to have to do it multiple times is crazy. AND, sometimes it just won’t stick for a day no matter how many times I do it. All that being said, I’m very glad to have Nerivio especially with the guided imagery. It is the new frontier for chronic pain.

App stalls a lot

Device works good but the app won’t open at times really is bad when you have a migraine.

New update now glitchy

I have been using the Nerivio for a year with no problems from the app, until the latest app update. Now the classic acute treatment video loses sound randomly. It is distracting when trying to fully relax during treatment. Please repair.

Works but pricy

I have to do 2 treatments in a row to get rid of my migraines and you only have a handful of treatments per devise. There should be a way to charge the devise and refill from app at a reduced price vs buying a new one each time. I would also recommend allowing the treatment to be stopped and resumed at any point for remaining time left….if you pay for 15 treatments of 45mins you should get that amount of time.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Each Nerivio REN wearable provides 18 45-minute treatments. You can pause the treatment session for up to 5 minutes by touching the pause button. Each session can be paused up to 3 times. If a treatment is not resumed within 5 minutes, it will be stopped automatically. This feature helps maintain the effectiveness of the treatment and ensures that users complete the recommended 45-minute session for the best outcome. It doesn’t come on!!

After completing all the work up with the arm ban to work, i turn the device on also with my telephone and nothing happened. Now you’re thinking that this is a waste I have a migraine I’m trying to do something about it and I go to put on my arm band in the machine does it come off? Very frustrating now my headaches, and now my migraine is worse. I tried this for the last three days and I can’t get the machine to connect to my cell phone. what is there to do. do I have a faulty arm band please respond.

Worthless…..

Absolutely worthless app followed up by absolute worthless product. No customer support. Don’t know if this item works or not because none of this works. Don’t waste your money.

Constantly crashes…

I’ve had this app since I started needing to see a migraine specialist due to long COVID in about 3/2022.
I’m to use this app to track headaches. A few days before my follow-up appts, I’m supposed to upload the data to send to my Dr so they can look at it ahead of time.
Each time I have to do this, this app crashes more & more. My last 2 appts took forever bc I couldn’t upload the info ahead of time & so we just had to wait for this app to work at my appt.
Every time I update this app, I hope for the bugs to be worked out, but no. It gets even worse, crashing more often.

I really wish Hartford Healthcare would let me use a different app.

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 bc it uploaded fine the 1st 2 times.

App needs work

The device itself is a brilliant concept, but the app is fury-inducing. I usually have to reboot my phone at least once to get it to connect and I have a newer iPhone. It often gives me messages that it’s not set up, or that I don’t have permissions, even though neither are true. I think the device experience would be much better if the app was not such a pain.

Device awesome, app okay

The Nerivio device is wonderful BUT the functionality of the app is only mediocre. It often freezes when I try to open it, so I have to remove it and reinstall it. That’s annoying but fine when I’m home. But if I’m somewhere with no internet access, I’m out of luck and in for a migraine attack.

It’s didn’t work

When I try sign up. And I get verify letter.
I click on Link “confirm account “.
And see next message “ UH-OH..
Looks like Something went wrong”
I try sign up with 2 device and it doesn’t helped

Very difficult to connect but treatment works as a daily treatment

I spend 15-20 minutes every time I want to do a treatment trying to connect this thing to my phone. I then want to throw the entire thing across the room, vs staying calm and meditative, which is the state in which one should be for this. For the love of all that is good, if it’s apple or this app, not sure , but it’s more painful than poking my eyeballs with needles.

However, I have chronic migraine disease, which means I get 15+/month so the goal is to do this daily. When I do that I think I’m reducing the frequency and intensity, so thank you to the developers. I do the treatment in combination with meditation and visualization, visualizing the migraines permanently being removed from my body. I think it does help.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned “on” on your phone. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 2. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 3. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash slowly). 4. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 5. Select connect device. You will see a spinning wheel and will be asked to pair the device. 6. When the green “start” icon appears in the center of the screen, you are connected and ready to treat!
