Nest's delight plan is super.. What I did from another matrimony that registered by paying 9000 rupees was to say that I got cash and that I have to renew after validity. I took Nest Matrimony Rs 5000 package. What surprised me was the support of their staff. Every time a proposal is made, it is precisely called and investigated. Arranging the meeting. If there is any shortcoming, it is mostly the data from Ernakulam Thrissur Palakkad side. If that is also resolved, it will be the best matrimony in Kerala

Costumer service is very bad
Extremely disappointed with Nest Matrimony. They are very persistent until you pay, but once you’re a member, the service completely stops. They lured me in by claiming specific girls were interested in my profile, but after I paid, they admitted those profiles weren't even active or ready for marriage. They lie to hit their sales quotas. Avoid this service.

Don’t trust this app
I am using this app. And they forced me to take a premium pack. I took a basic premium plan. Now they are forcing me to take higher premium plans. Sometimes they sent profiles of some girls and when we show interest they will not follow up. Lot of profiles are there. But i don’t know whether these profiles are real or fake. So don’t use this app. No follow up. Just choose any other matrimony app. Totally waste of money.

I must say Nest Matrimony maintains a very clean and respectable approach. Profiles are well-verified and background details are cross-checked properly. Communication is also very friendly and respectful. It really helped us feel confident and safe during the partner search.
Not a good service provider
From my experience I'm telling staff are irresponsible. Pathetic service they're giving after you paid full for the premium package. You will be called until you take a package, Post that no one respond to you for in respect of service. It's like their job done since they got good amount....

I have took premium and we dont have the option to contact the people directly , also the agent who has been assigned also wont respond or check and confirm it.

They just want our money and doesn’t care about the users at all.. They’ll call you everyday until you take the membership and then that’s it.. No more updates.. they even lie to you for achieving their sales target, like personally I had this experience where they told me that 3 girls showed interest in my profile and if I take the membership they’ll give my contact details to them. But once I took the membership they’re like, those girls aren’t ready for marriage yet.. wouldn’t recommend nest matrimony to anyone I know…

They will call you daily before taking the membership. Once we subscribe to their service they will never try to keep up the promises they made. Never suggesting anyone this matrimony.

Very rude behaviour from the executive. They will call you for the site activation and payment. Once you complete the activation, then you have to wait a long days to get a call from these people until we make a move in our profile visit and contact check

If we ask about a profile, their staff is not ready to follow it and tell us whether it is agree or not. If we pay cash and register, it will be active for two days, then it will not show mind, if we send a message there, there is no definite reply. In short, pay the cash and look at the profile.
