This service is extremely unprofessional.
My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. Before purchasing the membership, I received constant calls and promises. The moment the payment was completed, the communication practically disappeared.
The entire experience felt sales-driven rather than customer-focused. Follow-ups became rare, support was unresponsive, and getting assistance was frustrating. Many of the assurances made before payment did not match the service I actually received.
It honestly feels like customers only matter until the payment is collected. After that, you’re left on your own. For a premium service, this level of support is unacceptable.
I deeply regret purchasing the membership and cannot recommend this service to anyone expecting professionalism, transparency, or genuine customer care.

Poor service and nil contact after payment
Before making payment there was frequent contact for payment and once it’s done. No contact or profile suggestions. Completely disappear customers and if called multiple times will share a profile and then again disappear.

I am extremely disappointed with this matrimony service. I upgraded to a paid plan expecting good matches and support, but it was a complete waste of money. The customer service team is completely non-existent and never resolves any issues ,and no one responds to calls or messages once payment is made. Horrible experience

Nest's delight plan is super.. What I did from another matrimony that registered by paying 9000 rupees was to say that I got cash and that I have to renew after validity. I took Nest Matrimony Rs 5000 package. What surprised me was the support of their staff. Every time a proposal is made, it is precisely called and investigated. Arranging the meeting. If there is any shortcoming, it is mostly the data from Ernakulam Thrissur Palakkad side. If that is also resolved, it will be the best matrimony in Kerala

They lured me in by claiming specific girls were interested in my profile, but after I paid, they admitted those profiles weren't even active or ready for marriage. They lie to hit their sales quotas. Avoid this service.

Fooling customers
They take money showing 10 profile of girls saying they are trying to contact us. After paying money they tell it’s difficult to find bride at this age. There team is working in background but 9 months over except for asking money they never called even once . For getting money they called 100 times. I also raised complaint with consumer forum for this app. Dont fall for their lies.

They've collected money at first in their office and at first they were doing regular follow ups later they are not doing any follow up. Only If we check any profile in the app they will immeditely call by telling you've a match.

Before payment, they spoke very sweetly and acted like a trusted company. Once the money was transferred, their behavior changed completely. Calls were ignored, messages were not answered, and the so-called “proposal work” never happened. This is a clear case of cheating innocent people who are genuinely looking for matrimonial support.
