Seamless payroll experience
Nest Payroll has been the most streamlined and easiest part of the experience procuring a nanny/sitter. It’s the most cost effective on the market (from my research) and has been useful, clear, and clean!

Customer service is unresponsive
I understand that setting up taxes is nuanced and complicated. But I think that is the point of this service. With that in mind, you would think that they’d be able to support challenging or unique circumstances, and navigating tax bureaucracy. They have a number to text to, but no one responds. They take days to get back on support emails and then the content is incorrect and/or unhelpful. I wish we had not used this.

Amazing app
I have a nanny who works about 15 hours a week for us and this app has been absolutely amazing. Well priced compared to other options (I did a lot of research) and it’s so easy to track spending, taxes due, and any documentation needed by me or my nanny. I have nothing but amazing things to say
Exceptional Customer Service
I used Nest Payroll to pay my nanny. Our situation was relatively complicated and the customer service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with completing payroll and tax information. They were also super punctual, understanding, and patient. Absolutely recommend Nest Payroll!
