Terrible, I have been waiting for my ROTH balance to show for over 4 months, it has never had a balance showing, calling nesstegg did not change anything, although they do say they show a balance and a percentage of investment in their computer. How is this helpful to me as the investor, they know how much I have but I don’t?

Can’t sign in.
I’ve tried logging into this app even resetting my username and password and still it won’t allow me to sign in on the actual app. If I want to check anything regarding my account I have to go into safari it’s been a waste of space to download.
Doesn’t work
Terrible, doesn’t even let you type to login. Worst app ever, embarrassing to have to use it. No one should be proud about this app. Who ever produced it needs to retire or be fired. They won’t fix it even try to fix this unusable application.

It won’t ever let me login even with the same info that works on the website
Does not work
After log in, it is stuck in the “please wait” loading screen for many weeks now. Won’t up at all.

Doesn’t work most of the time. Can result in locking your account due to failed logins.

Won’t let me login because of 0tp generation error. Clearly there is no concern of getting this fixed.

Frustrating App
The app is basically useless. It doesn’t even show you basic information, such as breaking down your balance into your contributions and investment returns.
Needs work
Almost never get past the request a PIN for access.
