Stopped working
Up until the last update the app worked fine, now it shows the main NETGEAR armor screen when you first open the app then after a few seconds closes up.. even when I uninstalled and re installed the app same problem.

As online security issues increase and I felt like my current security program was experiencing some struggles like not maintaining their “white pages” and other members felt similar ways even business owners so I researched Netgear Armor which was a free subscription from a network provider for a year and had a great experience with them now they are my full time security program

Good but won't work will CarPlay
This app with the web protection (NOT VPN), seems to block or not allow a connection to CarPlay in my car, as soon as I use a different VPN for web protection in the VPN settings of the device, from a different provider or turn it off CarPlay works just find, unless theirs something I need to change in the armor app...
So, this needs to be fixed like yesterday, this is very bad...

Hi netgear, I really enjoy the VPN so far. I think it would be awesome if you added support for the Apple TV to use the vpn on. Perhaps to help with some sports viewing or whatever is possible. Thank you very much!

Weigh your options
I’m enjoying this app for the most part but it would be nice if the kill switch actually worked. Even when turned off to use with apps that won’t function with a VPN it continues to control my use of them leading me to delete the app just to do what I need to do. I’ve tried multiple things to keep from doing this but it seems this problem persists. Probably won’t renew my subscription. Update 5/8/2026- Still having the same issue, and it seems others are as well and judging from the dates on their reviews it’s been a known problem for a while. Will not renew when it expires next year. 2nd update- 5/10/26 Once again with this app turned off my phone says I connected to a VPN leading to zero functionality for certain shopping apps, again with it completely turned off. Once again I’ve deleted the app in order to complete my task. KILL SWITCH DOES NOT WORK. Others are saying the same thing. This is not what I call helpful. I will not renew my subscription when it lapses. Thankfully I only wasted a percentage of the normal price as an introductory rate. I’m also considering not reinstalling it and saying goodbye to my money, and accepting it was a mistake for me to hope for it to work properly.

Ipad crashing
Ipad didnt work and crashing followed tech assist recommendations steps still crash. Now i was told there’s update to correct this problem. They said new update is 16.4.4
iPad issue
It’s been on and working, today it’s just freeze and not responding, it crash.I delete it twice and down load the application and rebooted iPad 7th generation still don’t work.!
Bitdefender tech support gave me steps of instructions still crashes.
